        The ZX7520V3 LTE multi-mode modem chip features support for a wide range of modes, including TDD-LTE/FDD LTE/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/GSM. It  has a built-in LPDDR2 with densities of 256Mb, 512Mb, and1Gb. It supports Linux OS and global LTE frequency bands, and can reach a maximum downlink data rate of 150Mbps and a maximum uplink data rate of 50Mbps. 

It supports a wide range of interfaces:

- RMII, supporting 100Mbps Ethernet.

- USB2.0, supporting Host/Device and RNDIS/ECM.

- 3*URAT, supporting hardware flow control.

- 2*SDIO3.0, supporting external Wi-Fi, eMMC and T-card.

- 2*SSP interface, supporting external 64Mb~2Gb Flash, LCD or camera.

- 2*I2S, supporting external Codec.

- 2*I2C, supporting keypads.

High reliability: withstands temperatures ranging from -40 to 85℃,and supports FOTA upgrade.

The 7520V3 chip can be used in 4G MBB consumer products such as CPE and MiFi, industrial IoT modules, wireless fixed phones, and children's watches. With enhanced reliability, it can also be applied to the automotive telematics module or T-Box.
